I am an author, a speaker, and the Visionary of Help Adolescents Speak Out, LLC. I am a mother to one daughter and two grandboys. Along with helping other raised plenty of children. I am so many things and I will continue to evolve as I transition from the woman I was to the woman I am becoming. I love to provide coaching, courses, and encouragement.
